a. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeing heldon 14th August, 2025. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed an unmodified opinion on these financial results.

b. Previous year’s figures have been regrouped and recast wherever necessary.

c. All activities of the company and its subsidiary are relating to Capital Markets, hence segmental reporting is not applicable.

d. Quarterly results are not indicative of full year’s performance.
