The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out limited review of the above Standalone Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

c. Previous year’s figures have been regrouped and recast wherever necessary.

d. All activities of the company and its subsidiary are relating to Capital Markets, hence segmental reporting is not applicable.
