Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2018
1. The audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 have been reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of director at it's meeting held on 30th May, 2018.
2. Figures for previous period have been regrouped /reclassified wherever necessary to make them comparable with figures of the current period ended March 31, 2018.
3. The Company has evaluated its Operating segments in accordance with Ind AS 108 and has concluded that it is engaged in a single operating segment viz. real estate business.
4. Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018 are in compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind-AS) issued by the ministry of corporate affairs. The results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 have been restated as per Ind-AS and are comparable on like to like basis.
5. Figures of the quarter ended March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2017 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year which were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors of the Company.
6. Statement of reconciliation of net PAT under Ind-AS and PAT reported under previous GAAP (IGAAP) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
