BITS Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2020

1. The above Audited Financial Statements/Results for the Quarter and Year ended as on 31st March, 2020 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in meeting held on 21st July, 2020.

2. The previous year figures have been regrouped, re-classified and recasted wherever necessary.

3. The Company operates in only one segment.

4. The figures for the quarter ended 31st March, 2020 and 31st March, 2019 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year ended and the published figure for the nine months ended 31st Dec 2019 and 31st Dec 2018 respectively.
