BITS Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2018

Notes:-

1. The Company has adopted IND-AS from 1st of April 2017, transit date being 1st april 2017 and result has been prepared in accordance with Companies (Indian Accounyting Standards) Rules 2015 as prescribed under section 133 of the companies act 2013 read with the relevent rules as issued thereuder and the accepted accounting principles generally accepted in india.

2. The Above audited fionancial statements \ results for the Quarter ended and year ended as on 31st March 2018, have been reviewed by audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in meeting held on 29th May 2018.

3. The previous year figures have been regrouped , reclassified and recasted wherever necessary.

4. The Company operates in only one segement.

5. The Reconcilitation of net profit or loss reported in accordance with India GAAP to total comprehensive income in accordance the Ind AS for the quarter Ended and year ended 31st March 2018
