1. The Above unaudited financial statements \ results for the Quarter ended as on 30th June 2026, have been reviewed by audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in meeting held on 24th July 2026.
2. The previous year figures have been regrouped , re classified and recasted wherever necessary.
3. The Company operates in only one segement
4. The figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year 2025-26 and the published year to date figures upto 31st Dec 2025.
