Jaysynth Orgochem Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2017

1. Extraordinary items of Rs. 1725 Lacs for the year ended 31.3.17 consist of gains on waiver & compromise by secured creditors of Rs. 1690 lacs and excess provision made in earlier years of Rs. 35 lacs written back since no more required.

2. The Company is in the process of identifying suppliers falling under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. However, no confirmation as regards to the status has been received by the Company.
