1 - The above Unaudited Quarterly Financial results of the Company have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2026. Limited Review as required under regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 has been carried out by auditors of the Company who have issued an unmodified Limited Review report on these results. 3 - The amount shown under head exceptional item relates to the provision Rs. 2.22 crores for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 and Rs. 13.52 crores for the year ended March 31, 2026 towards the impact of increased employee benefits obligations arising on the implementation of the Labour Codes, notified on November 21, 2025 for the past service cost.
