1. The above audited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee sod approved by the Board of Directors In their meeting held on 25.06.2018.
2. The statement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2018 are in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards (lnd As) prescribed under the Companies Act. 2013 and Its Rules. Consequently, the results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2017 have been restated to comply with the lnd As to make them comparable. The Company adopted lnd As from 01st April 2017.
3. Reconciliation between profit before tax earlier reported under IGAAP and now as per lnd AS are summarised below: For Table, kindly refer Corporate Announcements on www.bseindia.com.
4. The Company operators In a single business segment namely " T.V. Content Production".
5. The figures have been rounded off / re-arranged / re-stated wherever necessary.
