Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2018
1. The Company has adopted Indian Accounting Standards ("Ind AS") for the first time with effect from 1st April, 2017 prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. The previous year figures are also Ind AS compliant.
2. The above audited results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th May, 2018.
3. In the above results, the figures for the quarter ended 3lst March 2018 & 3lst March 2017 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year and the unaudited published year-to-date figures upto third quarter of the respective financial years.
4. Previous quarters' / year's figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever considered necessary.
5. As per the requirements of IND AS 108 Operating Segments prescribed under section 133 of The Companies Act, 2013 no disclosure is required as the Company is operating in single business segment.
