Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2017
1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the Financial Year 2016-17 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled held on 29th May, 2017.
2. Sale and service revenues have been show net off of Sales tax, Vat, Excise duty, Service tax and sales return.
3. The figures for the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the year to date figures up to the third quarter of the financial year.
4. Previous period figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary to conform to this period classification.
