Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the quarterly results dated 30 Jun 2026

1. The above unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended Jun 30, 2026 have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 34, 'Interim Financial Reporting', prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India, and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. The Company's factory operations remain suspended, as approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on Jan 14, 2026, and continued vide Board Meeting dated May 19, 2026. Revenue for the Quarter primarily represents residual export/other sales; income for the period is accordingly not comparable with normal operating periods

3. The Head Operations and Whole-Time Director, based on the internal business reporting system, has identified that the Company has only one segment viz. Manufacture and Sale of Integrated Circuits. Accordingly, there are no other reportable segments in terms of Ind AS 108 'Operating Segments'.

4. Figures for the corresponding quarter and year ended Mar 31, 2026 are as per the Audited Financial Results approved by the Board of Directors on May 19, 2026, which carried a qualified opinion from the Statutory Auditors on going concern and other matters (Ref: Report of Venkatesh & Co., Chartered Accountants, dated May 19, 2026).

5. Previous period/year figures have been regrouped/reclassified wherever necessary to conform to the current period's classification.

6. The above results were approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company.

7. The Company is actively pursuing restart measures of Factory operations for Capital infusion by way of Sale of Surplus land in Factory premises, Mobilizing Funding through Financial Institutions / Investors, Partnering with Strategic Investors and raising Funds through Public Rights Issue.
