1. Cost of materials consumed = Cost of electrical energy purchased + Cost of fuel.

2. Other income includes Regulatory income amounting to Rs. 210 cr and Rs. 21 cr. for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.

3. The Debt Service Coverage Ratio (net proceeds utilised for Refinancing) is 0.4 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. Whereas the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (net of Prepayments & proceeds utilised for Refinancing) is 1.0 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
