Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2017
1. The above audited financial results have been reviewed by Statutory Auditors, Audit Committee and then approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th May, 2017.
2. The Figures of the quarter ended 31st March, 2017 and 31st March, 2016 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full Financial Year and the figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year.
3. Previous Year figures have been regrouped/recast wherever necessary
4. The Company is mainly engaged in Real Estate and Infrastructure Development activities which constitute Single Primary Business Segment as defined under Accounting Standard 17 and accordingly disclosure requirements as per Accounting Standard -17 on Segment Reporting are not applicable.
