Salzer Electronics Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 30 Jun 2026

Notes forming part of above STANDALONE results:

1. The Company operates in only one segment viz., Electrical installation products.
2. The above standalone results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 08, 2026.
3. The Statutory Auditors of the Company carried out a limited review of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
4. During the quarter under review, the Company made an additional investment in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Salzer EV Infra Private Limited, by acquiring 1,32,525 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 13.25 Lakhs. Consequently, the Company's total investment in the equity share capital of the said subsidiary increased to Rs. 93.21 Lakhs.
5. During the quarter under review, the Company made an additional investment of Rs. 168.64 Lakhs in Effilume Private Limited, an Associate Company, by subscribing to 16,86,399 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. Consequently, the Company’s total investment in the equity share capital of the said Associate Company increased to Rs. 423.97 Lakhs, representing a 46.85% equity stake in the said entity.
6. The above Standalone financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules thereunder.
7. Figures of the last quarter of the financial year 2025-26 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year to date figures up-to the third quarter of the financial year.
8. Previous period’s figures have been regrouped/ reclassified wherever necessary to conform to this period’s classifications
