1. The above Stand Alone Financial Results Have been reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May,25,2017



2. The Figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and March 31,2016 represents the difference between the Audited Figures in respect of the Full Financial Year and the published figures of 9 months ended December 31, 2016 and December, 2015 respectively as regrouped.



3 Subsequent to the year end the Share holders of the company have approved thru a postal ballot process the subdivision of nominal value of each equity share of Rs.10/-each into 5 equity share of Rs.2/-each and issue of 1 equity of Share of Rs.2/-each for 5 existing equity of Shares of Rs.2/-each as bonus (post stock split)



4 Prior period figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary for comparative purpose
