Mr. Sambasiva Rao Jasty (DIN: 09526475) as an additional director in the capacity of "Director-Finance & Accounts" was ratified and approved with modification by the Members of the Company at the 35th AGM held on Friday, 26th September 2025. Mr. Turlapati Venkata Sundara Jawaharlal Nehru (DIN:02072398) appointed as an additional director w.e.f 9th August2025 was ratified and approved with modification by the Members at the 35th AGM held on Friday, 26th September, 2025.
