Dear Sir, Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2018 trading window for dealing with securities of the Company for Designated Persons will be closed from 01.10.2025 till the 48 hrs after the public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 30.09.2025. Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are pleased to inform that our Company has received Notification of Awards (NOA) from GAIL of aggregating approximately of Rs. 18,77,73,002/- under the Rooftop Solar PV Projects across multiple states, with an aggregate capacity of 5,996 kW.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, we hereby inform you that the the members of the Company, at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2025, and through e-voting conducted in this regard, have approved the amendments to the Article of Association of the company by way of a special resolution. The amendments are proposed to align the AOA with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
