Further to our earlier intimations, dated January 31, 2022 and April 14, 2022 regarding signing of Binding Term Sheet for Real Estate development of the Company and extension of Validity period of the Binding term Sheet respectively, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that the Validity Period of the Binding Term Sheet between Fermenta Biotech Limited and Mextech Property Developers LLP dated January 31, 2022 has been further mutually extended from 135 days to 180 days. Accordingly, within 180 days of the execution of the Binding Term Sheet, the parties would sign the Definitive Agreement in terms of the Binding Term Sheet.
