Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 28, 2025, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, had already been closed w.e.f. March 31, 2025, and the same shall re-open on May 26, 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Bank has received an order from the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission at Bengaluru in the matter mentioned in the table below. The Bank is the process of exploring filing of an appeal against the order.
