The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13.02.2025, have considered and approved the Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.

1.The Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 (Q3/9M-FY25)and took note of the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory auditors on the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 31, 2024. 2. Granted in principal approval for providing an unsecured loan to Signature Smiles Dental Clinic Pvt Ltd. 3. Granted in principal approval for investment in Bizdent Devices Private Limited

Financial results along with Limited review report for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024 which had been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
