We inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today, Wednesday February 12, 2025 inter-alia considered and approved the following: i) Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) along with the respective limited review reports issued by the statutory auditors of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2024 ii) Re-appointment of Mr. Vivek Manjunath Bhat, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.
