Finance company Shriram Finance announced 9MFY25 & Q3FY25 results Q3FY25 Financial Highlights The Net Interest Income for Q3FY25 increased by 14.31 % and stood at Rs 5,822.69 crore as against Rs 5,093.93 crore in Q3FY24. The profit after tax [including one time gain of Rs 1,489.39 crore (net of tax) for sale of our stake in subsidiary Shriram Housing Finance Limited (SHFL) stands at Rs 3,569.76 crore as against Rs 1,818.33 crore recorded in Q3FY24. The profit after tax increased by 14.41 % and stands at Rs 2,080.37 crore as against Rs 1,818.33 crore in Q3FY24. The earning per share (basic) increased by 14.36 % and stands at Rs 11.07 as against Rs 9.68 recorded in Q3FY24. 9MFY25 Financial Highlights The Net Interest Income for the Nine months ended 31st December, 2024 increased by 16.95 % and stood at Rs 16,783.90 crore as against Rs 14,350.79 crore in 9MFY24. The profit after tax [including one time gain of Rs 1,489.39 crore (net of tax) for sale of our stake in subsidiary SHFL stands at Rs 7,621.61 crore as against Rs 5,244.61 crore recorded in 9MFY24. The profit after tax increased by 16.92 % and stands at Rs 6,132.22 crore as against Rs 5,244.61 crore in 9MFY24. The earning per share (basic) increased by 16.62 % and stands at Rs 32.62 as against Rs 27.97 recorded in 9MFY24. Result PDF
