Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., 22nd May, 2025, inter alia, approved the Appointment of Secretarial Auditor, Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor of the Company.
