Chadha Papers Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Mar 2017

1. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and have been approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 30th May, 2017.

2. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Statutory Auditors as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement)Regulation 2015.

3. Deferred Tax Liability as per Accounting Standard "AS-22" shall be calculated at the year end.

4. Figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and unaudited published year to date figures upto the date of third quarter of the financial year.

5. Previous Year's/Quarter’s Figures have been regrouped/rearranged/recast wherever necessary.

6. The Company is yet to receive the Financial Statements of its subsidiary Company Manorama Paper Mills Limited and Great Value Fuels Private Limited, its associate Company and will accordingly prepare the Consolidated Financial Statements upon receipt of the above.
