1. The above results are reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09/O5/2022

2. Figures has been regrouped/rearranged/reclassifed/reworked wherever necessary.

3. The company organised business into two segments- Acquaculture & Ship building . Segmentwise results are attached.

4. The financial results for the above periods have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (lnd AS) as prescribed under section '133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the relevent rules and circulars issued.

5. Figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial yeat 2021-2022 and tlhe published year-to-date figures upto the third quarter of the current financial year
