Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2019
1. The above results have been audited by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. Further above results have been reviewed & recommended by the Audit Committee. Board of Directors approved and taken on record the above results at its meeting held on May 17, 2019.
2. The Company has only one reportable business segment of manufacture of Prawn Farming" as per Accounting standard 17 on segment reporting.
3. Figures of the previous period have been regrouped or rearranged wherever necessary.
4. The Company has allocated assets for new business activity i.e. Repairs and Building of Ships however it has not commenced new hence net Sales or income, expenditure and Net Profit or Loss after tax figures pertaining to the said new line of business is Nil.
5. In the Financial results as: The figures of last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year-to-date figures upto the third quarter of the current financial year.
