Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2019
1. The statement has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at it's meeting held on 27th May, 2019 respectively.
2. The Company has adopted Indian Accounting standard (Ind AS) from April 01, 2017 as prescribed under Schedule III of section 133 of the companies Act, 2013 read together with the companies (Indian Accounting standards) Rules, 2015. Accordingly the financial results for the quarter ended on 31.03.2019.have been prepared following the Ind AS recognised and measurement principles.
3. The company is engaged in the Manufacturing business of "coil" and therefore, has only one reportable segment in accordance with IND AS 108-" Operating segments".
4. The previous period/years figures have been regrouped wherever necessary to correctly reflect current quarter's performance.
