1. The statement have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter taken on Record by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 30.05.2019.
2. The Company has only one segments viz "Textiles" as per lnd As 108 "Operating Segment" notified under section 133 of Companies Act 2013 read together with relevant rules issued thereunder.
3. This Statement has been prepared in accordance with the companies (lndian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and other recognised accounting practices. The Company has for the First time adopted lnd. AS with a transition date of April 1, 2017.
4. Previous year figures have been regrouped wherever necessary.
