Suryo Foods & Industries Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Dec 2021

1. The above Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 have been reviewed and recommended by the audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their respective meetings held on 14th February, 2022. These results are being published in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. The above Unaudited financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 as amended thereof.

3. Comparative figures have been rearranged / regrouped wherever necessary.
