Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2019
1. During the Quarter the Company has operated only in one Segment viz. Finance & Investments, thus Segmental Report as per AS-17 is not applicable for the Quarter.
2. These results have been audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company who have issued an unmodified audit report on the standalone annual financial statement for the year ended 31 March 2019.
3. Figures for the previous quarter / year have been re-grouped / re-classified wherever necessary.
4. The figures of last Quarter are the balancing figures between Audited figures in respect of full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the 3rd Quarter the Current Financial Year.
5. Figure for the Quarter ended 31st March 2019 appearing above in column "Changes in Inventories of Finished Goods. Work—in-Progress and Stock-in-Trade' denotes difference in Market Value vs. Purchase Cost whichever is lower.
