Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 31 Dec 2018

1. The Company is mainly engaged in writing and printing paper business in India and there is no other reportable business and geographical segment.

2. The above financial results for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2018 were reviewed by audit committee and approved by Board of Directors in their meeting held on 12.01.2019.

3. With effect from April 01, 2018, the Company has adopted IND AS 115- "Revenue from contract with customers" under the full retrospective approach. Accordingly, the comparatives have been adjusted to give the effect of IND AS 115. The effect on adoption of IND AS 115 was insignificant on the financial results.

4. The figures for previous year/period have been regrouped/reclassified wherever necessary.
