Filing Of Audited Financial Results Of The Company For The Quarter And Year Ended 31St March, 2022.

Post this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company shall comprise of 11,49,04,564 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid-up amounting to Rs.22,98,09,128/-.
