We recently interacted with senior management and select business heads of City Union Bank (CUBK). The bank reiterated its growth guidance of 12–14% YoY for FY25 and acceleration to 15–16% YoY for FY26.

The demand environment in Q3FY25 reflected early signs of stabilization, with slightly improved Total Contract Value (TCV) momentum, supported by small and mid-sized deal conversions. However, large deal closures remained muted, indicating that enterprises continue to maintain a cautious stance, particularly for discretionary-led digital transformation initiatives.

Asian markets are trading mixed as investors weigh U.S. President Donald Trump's 25% tariffs on auto imports. Nikkei and Shanghai are trading lower by 1.09% and 0.3%, respectively, whereas Hang Seng is trading higher by 0.35%.
