Royal Chain Strengths

Diversified product portfolio

The company offers gold chains and jewellery in 14, 18 and 22 karats across yellow, white and rose gold alloys, catering to varied customer requirements. As of June 30, 2026, it offered over 27,000 designs across multiple jewellery categories for men, women and children, covering traditional, modern, everyday and occasion-wear preferences

Strength

Technology driven operations

The company uses a technology-led platform integrating product design, manufacturing, quality control and business processes across its jewellery value chain. Its use of CAD/CAM, AI, automated chain-making, CNC, laser manufacturing, ERP, IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies supports product innovation, manufacturing precision, operational efficiency and real-time decision-making

Strength

Diversified customer base

The company has a diversified customer base comprising dealers and wholesalers, institutional and corporate clients, and export customers, supported by over three decades of Promoter experience. In Fiscal 2026, it served approximately 1,887 customers, with dealers and wholesalers contributing 89.55%, institutional clients 6.83% and export customers 3.79% of revenue from operations

Strength

Royal Chain Risks

Seasonal demand risks

The company’s jewellery demand is seasonal and typically higher in the third and fourth quarters, festive occasions such as Diwali, Dhanteras and Akshay Tritiya, and the wedding season. As jewellery purchases are discretionary, lower consumer spending due to inflation, interest rates, income levels or economic conditions may reduce demand, particularly during peak periods, adversely affecting revenue and financial performance

Risk

Quality control risks

The company’s products may contain defects or quality issues arising from raw materials, design, manufacturing, human error or failures in quality control processes. Although it conducts regular inspections and follows internal quality standards, undetected defects may result in product returns or exchanges, damage customer trust and adversely affect its business, operations and financial condition

Risk

Competition

The company operates in a highly competitive and fragmented B2B wholesale gold jewellery manufacturing market, comprising organised and unorganised players. Competition is based on design, craftsmanship, quality, pricing, delivery, manufacturing capacity, compliance, product range, customisation and customer relationships, and failure to compete effectively may adversely affect its business and financial performance
