The company offers a diverse portfolio of biscuits, cookies, cakes, bakery products, chocolate-coated wafers and Indian sweets under multiple brands. This broad range caters to varied consumer preferences and different consumption occasions throughout the day
Extensive distribution network
The company has an extensive distribution network of 1,005 distributors, 3,533 sub-distributors and 444 super stockists, reaching around 2.10 million retail outlets across 24 states and 2 union territories. Long-standing relationships with its distribution partners, including many associated for over 10 years, strengthen its market reach and distribution capabilities
Integrated operations
The company uses an integrated technology ecosystem and ERP systems to support production planning, procurement, inventory, budgeting, transportation, distributor management and human resources. These digital solutions automate key processes, improve information flow and strengthen operational efficiency and control

The company’s food operations are subject to extensive food safety, packaging, labelling, health, safety and environmental regulations, including FSSAI requirements. Non-compliance or regulatory changes may require process modifications, additional costs or fresh approvals and could result in penalties, product restrictions, operational disruptions and adverse effects on its business and financial performance
Product quality risk
The company’s packaged food products are exposed to risks of contamination, adulteration, spoilage, cross-contamination, mislabelling and improper processing or storage. Despite quality controls and testing, undetected issues may lead to regulatory action, product recalls, customer complaints, reputational damage and adverse effects on its business and financial performance
Export market risk
The company exports its products to multiple international markets, including 31 countries during the last three Fiscals, exposing it to foreign exchange, trade policy, geopolitical, freight and regulatory risks. Changes in country-specific food safety and import requirements, shipment rejections or restrictions may increase costs, disrupt exports and adversely affect its business and financial performance
