Integrum Energy Infrastructure Strengths

Integrated renewable solutions

The company provides integrated renewable energy solutions across advisory, design, execution, commissioning, O&M and asset management for C&I customers. Its end-to-end capabilities across hybrid, wind, solar and storage-linked applications support tailored solutions, simplified project execution, diversified revenue opportunities and stronger customer relationships

Strength

Regulatory expertise

The company has experience navigating state-specific renewable energy regulations covering open access, captive and group captive structures, connectivity, energy accounting and approvals. Its regulatory expertise helps customers structure projects aligned with applicable requirements and commercial objectives while reducing execution complexity across multiple states

Strength

O&M & asset management

The company’s O&M capabilities extend to energy forecasting, scheduling, settlements, regulatory support, surplus energy sales, deficit power procurement and performance optimisation. With turnkey projects forming 86.49% of its O&M capacity as of March 31, 2026, its integrated services help customers optimise renewable energy utilisation, manage generation-consumption mismatches and improve asset performance

Strength

Integrum Energy Infrastructure Risks

Project execution risks

The company’s project execution and commissioning depend on adequate grid connectivity and evacuation infrastructure, much of which is controlled by utilities or third parties. Delays, equipment failures, grid constraints, shutdowns or inadequate capacity may delay project completion and COD, increase costs and working capital requirements, and adversely affect revenues, profitability and cash flows

Risk

Labour intensive business

The company’s labour-intensive operations depend on a steady and reliable workforce, particularly for activities such as periodic cleaning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar panels. Strikes, work stoppages, labour shortages, wage demands or workforce disputes may disrupt operations, reduce power generation, increase costs and adversely affect its business, cash flows and financial performance

Risk

Seasonal performance risk

The company’s operating results may fluctuate due to seasonal and weather-related factors affecting renewable energy project execution and generation. Monsoons, rainfall, winds, extreme temperatures, cloud cover and variations in solar and wind patterns may delay project activities, affect generation and make future performance difficult to predict
