Financial Results for June 30, 2025

Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited scheduled to be held on August 25, 2025.

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ranjit Binod Kejriwal, PCS Surat as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company subject to approval of shareholdres of the company at the ensuing AGM.

Change in Directorate: 1) Relinquishment of Position of Chairman and Managing Director by Mr. Haridas Kanani w.e.f. end of working hours of September 30, 2025 and appointment of Chairman Emeritus w.e.f. October 1, 2025. 2) Designation of Mr. Anurag Surana as Non - Executive Non - Independent Director and Chairman of the Board w.e.f. October 1, 2025. 3) Re-appointment of Mr. Shyamsunder Upadhay as Whole-time Director for a further term of 3 consecutive years. 4) Appointment of Mr. T C N Sai Krishnan as an Executive Director of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years.
