Corp. Note Consolidated Finvest - Outcome of EGM BSE India Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 29, 2008, inter alia, have accorded their consent to delist the Company's securities voluntarily from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. Equity shares of the Company however will remain listed at National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
