Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has entered into a three-year supply agreement with a customer for the supply of high quality, high fibre count Optical Fiber Cables (OFC), through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary. The total value of the contract over its tenure is estimated at ~USD 244 million equivalent to ~?2329 Crore (approximately INR Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Nine Crore). This agreement further reinforces the Company''s ability to secure strategic long-term engagements, reflecting its technological capabilities, operational excellence and strong customer trust.
