Textiles company Pashupati Cotspin announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 17,109.62 lakh, representing a QoQ growth of 5.82% from Rs 16,168.91 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 25.48% compared to Rs 13,635.32 lakh in Q4FY25. Consolidated Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 17,026.85 lakh, reflecting a QoQ increase of 7.19% over Rs 15,884.15 lakh and a YoY growth of 32.75% from Rs 12,826.26 lakh in Q4FY25. The Group reported a Consolidated Net Profit of Rs 172.07 lakh for Q4FY26, a QoQ decrease of 36.86% from Rs 272.52 lakh and a YoY decline of 76.08% compared to Rs 719.32 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Consolidated Total Income was Rs 69,723.52 lakh, up 7.15% from Rs 65,072.22 lakh in FY25. Annual Consolidated Revenue from operations reached Rs 68,781.21 lakh in FY26, a growth of 7.89% compared to Rs 63,749.09 lakh in FY25. The Consolidated Net Profit for the full year FY26 stood at Rs 1,041.88 lakh, marking a decrease of 26.16% from Rs 1,411.08 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for the full year FY26 was Rs 1,053.32 lakh, compared to Rs 1,371.01 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Results: Standalone Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 16,103.88 lakh, an increase of 6.77% QoQ from Rs 15,082.10 lakh and an increase of 18.55% YoY from Rs 13,584.14 lakh in Q4FY25. Standalone Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 16,027.58 lakh, showing a growth of 8.52% QoQ from Rs 14,768.57 lakh and 25.73% YoY from Rs 12,747.44 lakh in Q4FY25. The company recorded a Standalone Net Profit of Rs 162.31 lakh for Q4FY26, a decrease of 39.69% QoQ from Rs 269.12 lakh and a decline of 77.43% YoY from Rs 719.19 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Standalone Total Income was Rs 66,588.47 lakh, up 2.31% from Rs 65,081.93 lakh in FY25. Standalone Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at Rs 65,589.22 lakh, showing a growth of 3.01% YoY compared to Rs 63,670.28 lakh in FY25. Standalone Net Profit for the full year FY26 amounted to Rs 1,038.89 lakh, a decrease of 26.37% from Rs 1,410.97 lakh in FY25. Standalone Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 was Rs 1,053.28 lakh, compared to Rs 1,370.96 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company is primarily engaged in the "Cotton Ginning and Spinning" business. Since it operates in a single business segment, the requirements for Ind AS 108 — "Operating Segments" are not applicable. Corporate Migration: The company was migrated from the SME Platform (EMERGE) of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) to the Main Board of NSE and BSE Limited with effect from July 17, 2025. Ind AS Adoption: FY26 represents the first year the company has adopted Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), with the date of transition being April 1, 2024.
