IT Consulting & Software company Genesys International Corporation announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 10,766.62 lakh, representing a QoQ increase of 23.89% from Rs 8,690.37 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 14.21% from Rs 9,427.14 lakh in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 10,421.78 lakh, showing a growth of 37.54% QoQ from Rs 7,577.71 lakh and 10.68% YoY from Rs 9,416.42 lakh. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,272.33 lakh, compared to Rs 105.01 lakh in Q3FY26 (an increase of 1111.63%) and Rs 1,899.73 lakh in Q4FY25 (a decrease of 33.02%). For the full year FY26, Consolidated Total Income reached Rs 34,749.96 lakh, recording a growth of 10.18% over FY25 (Rs 31,538.71 lakh). Consolidated Revenue from operations for FY26 was Rs 32,780.89 lakh, up 5.39% compared to Rs 31,103.15 lakh in FY25. The Group reported a Consolidated Net Profit of Rs 3,280.11 lakh for the full year FY26, a decrease of 41.53% compared to Rs 5,610.36 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 8,201.80 lakh, reflecting a QoQ increase of 5.47% from Rs 7,776.33 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 0.78% from Rs 8,137.94 lakh in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,844.10 lakh, a growth of 17.93% QoQ from Rs 6,651.43 lakh and a decline of 3.39% YoY from Rs 8,119.22 lakh. The company recorded a Standalone Net Loss of Rs 206.37 lakh for Q4FY26, as against a Net Profit of Rs 312.21 lakh in Q3FY26 and a Net Profit of Rs 1,637.03 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Standalone Total Income was Rs 29,240.69 lakh, showing a marginal increase of 1.22% from Rs 28,887.19 lakh in FY25. Standalone Revenue from operations for FY26 reached Rs 27,230.11 lakh, showing a decline of 4.26% compared to Rs 28,442.69 lakh in FY25. The company reported an annual Standalone Net Profit of Rs 2,054.21 lakh for FY26, representing a decrease of 67.41% compared to Rs 6,303.32 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company operates primarily in one business segment, which is GIS based services. Consequently, separate segment-wise reporting under Ind AS 108 is not required. Fund Raising (Qualified Institutional Placement): On 17 May 2025, the company allotted 17,39,625 equity shares of face value Rs 5 per share at a price of Rs 632.32 per share via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), raising an aggregate of Rs 11,000 lakh. These funds were partially utilized during FY26, with unutilized balances temporarily invested. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.10/- per equity share (10% on the face value of Re 1/- each) for the financial year FY26, subject to the approval of shareholders. Exceptional Item (New Labour Codes): Following the notification of "New Labour Codes" effective 21 November 2025, the company reassessed its employee benefit obligations. This resulted in an incremental liability of Rs 509.62 lakh (Rs 356.35 lakh for Gratuity and Rs 153.26 lakh for Leave Encashment), which has been recognized as an exceptional item for FY26. Secondly , importantly we leveraged the digital twin and 3D infrastructure to launch and win again -a India first - initiative in our automotive connected mobility solutions by winning India’s first HD ADAS navigations maps with the potential to save many lives via road safety . Our first customer was one of the largest and most respected auto OEM’s of this county. We expect in the years ahead ahead to grow the automotive vertical. Thirdly- we are now building a pre eminent position in a broad swath of location intelligence across many verticals which we hope to scale in the quarters ahead. Fourthly, we expanded the application of our geospatial and digital twin capabilities beyond urban infrastructure into environmental and river intelligence. During the year, we secured a landmark assignment from the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) for advanced aerial LiDAR mapping and geotagged videography of the Ganga corridor across four states.” Result PDF
