Apparels & Accessories company Bhartiya International announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 31,270.38 lakh, representing a QoQ decrease of 14.55% from Rs 36,595.19 lakh in Q3FY26, and a YoY increase of 29.67% compared to Rs 24,114.24 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 1,35,802.02 lakh, showing a growth of 31.94% compared to Rs 1,02,926.27 lakh in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 31,326.01 lakh, which decreased by 14.56% QoQ from Rs 36,663.76 lakh in Q3FY26 and increased by 29.45% YoY from Rs 24,198.89 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 1,36,042.03 lakh, a 31.60% increase over Rs 1,03,370.04 lakh in FY25. Net Profit/Loss attributable to Owners: The Company reported a net loss of Rs 877.67 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 669.91 lakh in Q3FY26 and a profit of Rs 1,491.62 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit attributable to owners was Rs 1,343.96 lakh, a decrease of 14.20% from Rs 1,566.47 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs (6.63) and Rs (6.61) respectively. For the full year FY26, Basic EPS was Rs 10.16 and Diluted EPS was Rs 10.13. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 24,461.96 lakh, showing a QoQ decrease of 21.76% from Rs 31,267.42 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 20.67% from Rs 20,270.85 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 1,13,054.23 lakh, up 31.98% from Rs 85,656.58 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Standalone total income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 24,540.10 lakh, a decrease of 21.68% QoQ from Rs 31,333.91 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 20.31% YoY from Rs 20,396.58 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 1,13,331.49 lakh, rising 31.70% compared to Rs 86,053.35 lakh in FY25. Net Profit after Tax: The standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 151.41 lakh, representing a decrease of 77.33% QoQ from Rs 667.81 lakh in Q3FY26 and a marginal increase of 0.76% YoY from Rs 150.27 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit was Rs 3,371.20 lakh, a growth of 59.38% over Rs 2,115.23 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company operates in a single business segment, which is "Fashion Apparels and Accessories including Intermediaries" as per Ind AS 108. Accordingly, no further segment disclosures have been provided. Property Sale: During the year, the Company entered into an agreement with a Related Party for the sale of its immovable property situated at Gottigere Village, Bengaluru, for a total consideration of Rs 3,100 lakh. The manufacturing operations will be relocated from said premises to an alternative location. Warrants Conversion: The Company completed the full conversion of 12,01,000 warrants allotted to Urbanac Projects Private Limited (a promoter group company) into equity shares, with the final 4,26,000 warrants converted on September 2, 2025. New Subsidiary: Ultima SA, a wholly owned subsidiary based in Switzerland, incorporated a wholly owned step-down subsidiary named Ultima Fashions UK Ltd in the United Kingdom on January 16, 2026, to support business operations in the UK. Internal Auditor: Mr. Sanjay Jawa, Chartered Accountant, has been re-appointed as the Internal Auditor of the Company for FY27.
