Realty company Ganesh Housing announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 12,175.61 lakh, an increase of 33.05% from Rs 9,151.11 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ), and a decrease of 53.01% from Rs 25,908.48 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, Total Income reached Rs 53,850.93 lakh compared to Rs 99,349.22 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,506.07 lakh, up 4.12% from Rs 9,129.55 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ), and down 62.19% from Rs 25,138.95 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs 51,137.42 lakh compared to Rs 95,976.18 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Profit before Tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,570.21 lakh, an increase of 31.76% over Rs 7,263.19 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ), but a decline from Rs 22,149.31 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, profit stood at Rs 43,917.61 lakh against Rs 80,173.55 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 6,136.20 lakh, representing an increase of 14.18% over Rs 5,374.20 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ), and a decrease of 62.79% from Rs 16,490.02 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, Consolidated Net Profit was Rs 31,625.81 lakh compared to Rs 59,806.00 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Earning Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 7.36, compared to Rs 6.44 in Q3FY26 and Rs 19.78 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, EPS was Rs 37.93 compared to Rs 71.72 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,923.85 lakh, reflecting a significant increase compared to Rs 25.52 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ), but a decline from Rs 3,898.88 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, Standalone Total Income stood at Rs 12,774.47 lakh compared to Rs 67,801.70 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 1,726.93 lakh, up from Rs 4.06 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ) and down from Rs 3,880.62 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 12,533.87 lakh against Rs 67,629.26 lakh in FY25. Standalone Profit before Tax for Q4FY26 was Rs 161.31 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 1,208.80 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ) and a profit of Rs 1,484.51 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For FY26, the profit stood at Rs 5,293.76 lakh compared to Rs 50,995.33 lakh in FY25. Net Loss for Q4FY26 was Rs 147.43 lakh, compared to a net loss of Rs 942.76 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ) and a net profit of Rs 1,053.84 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY). For the full year FY26, Standalone Net Profit was Rs 3,571.44 lakh against Rs 38,044.98 lakh in FY25. Standalone Earning Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was Rs (0.18), compared to Rs (1.13) in Q3FY26 and Rs 1.26 in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, EPS stood at Rs 4.28 compared to Rs 45.62 in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend Recommendation: The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each (15%) for the financial year 2025-2026. Segment-wise Performance: The company is primarily engaged in the business of promotion and development of real estate activities, which as per IND AS - 108 "Operating Segments" is considered to be the only reportable segment. Consolidated Entities: The consolidated financial results include the results of the Parent company and its subsidiaries: Madhukamal Infrastructure Private Limited, Gatil Properties Private Limited, and Million Minds Techspace Private Limited. Labour Codes Impact: The company has considered the impact of the new unified labour laws (Codes) and concluded that the impact is not material and has not been recognized in the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
