Commercial and Duty-Free Operations: The Company started the operation of its duty-free business at the Delhi Airport on July 28, 2025. Following the award of a long-term master concession, the Company started its duty-free business at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad (RGIA) on September 10, 2025. Cargo Concessions: After the revocation of security clearance from the previous operator, the Company was awarded the Cargo services concession at Delhi IGI Airport. On March 11, 2026, the Holding Company was awarded the concession to undertake the operation, management, and development of Cargo Terminal 1. Strategic Acquisitions: On June 25, 2025, subsidiary GHIAL completed the acquisition of a 70% equity stake from ESR Group in GMR Logistics Park Private Limited (GLPPL), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHIAL. Terminal 1D Restoration: Following partial damage to the departure forecourt canopy at Delhi's Old Terminal 1D in June 2024, restoration and refurbishment works were successfully completed on April 15, 2025.
