The Board of Directors in their meeting held on today i.e., Thursday, May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Reports of the Statutory Auditor thereon, as recommended and reviewed by the Audit Committee.
