Iron & Steel Products company Surya Roshni announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 2,16,325 lakh, showcasing a growth of 12.23% QoQ compared to Rs 1,92,749 lakh in Q3FY26, and a marginal increase of 0.81% YoY from Rs 2,14,583 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Revenue from Operations: For FY26, Revenue from Operations was Rs 7,54,042 lakh, registering an increase of 1.41% YoY against Rs 7,43,587 lakh in FY25. Total Income: In Q4FY26, Total Income reached Rs 2,17,913 lakh, up 12.89% QoQ from Rs 1,93,025 lakh in Q3FY26, and up 1.13% YoY from Rs 2,15,488 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, Annual Total Income stood at Rs 7,59,439 lakh, increasing by 1.73% YoY compared to Rs 7,46,555 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Net Profit (attributable to Equity Holders) for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,830 lakh, recording a sequential growth of 23.35% QoQ from Rs 7,969 lakh in Q3FY26. However, on a YoY basis, it declined by 24.44% against Rs 13,009 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Net Profit: For FY26, Net Profit stood at Rs 28,581 lakh, down by 17.54% YoY compared to Rs 34,660 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 4.51 compared to Rs 3.66 in Q3FY26 and Rs 5.98 in Q4FY25. Annual Diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 13.13, compared to Rs 15.93 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Q4FY26 Revenue from Operations was Rs 2,16,308 lakh, reflecting a 12.23% QoQ growth from Rs 1,92,733 lakh in Q3FY26, and an increase of 0.81% YoY from Rs 2,14,565 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, it amounted to Rs 7,53,983 lakh, up by 1.41% YoY from Rs 7,43,522 lakh in FY25. Total Income: For Q4FY26, Total Income stood at Rs 2,17,892 lakh, up 12.89% QoQ from Rs 1,93,006 lakh in Q3FY26, and a growth of 1.13% YoY from Rs 2,15,467 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Total income for FY26 was Rs 7,59,367 lakh (up 1.70% YoY). Net Profit: Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,824 lakh, up by 23.36% QoQ from Rs 7,964 lakh in Q3FY26, but registering a decline of 24.47% YoY against Rs 13,006 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 28,561 lakh, marking an 18.02% YoY drop compared to Rs 34,840 lakh in FY25. Business & Segment Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share having a face value of Rs 5 each (50%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share paid previously in November 2025. Segment Performance: Steel Pipe & Strips: This segment reported Q4FY26 revenue of Rs 1,66,211 lakh, experiencing a minor decline of 1.56% YoY from Rs 1,68,844 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual revenue for this segment stood at Rs 5,73,122 lakh in FY26. The segment's profit results (before tax and finance cost) for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 10,251 lakh. Lighting & Consumer Durables: This segment reported Q4FY26 revenue of Rs 50,114 lakh, delivering a solid growth of 9.42% YoY against Rs 45,800 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual revenue for FY26 improved to Rs 1,80,920 lakh. The segment's profit results (before tax and finance cost) for Q4FY26 were Rs 3,488 lakh. Employee Stock Options: During Q4FY26, 2,720 Stock Options were exercised under the company's SRL Employees Stock Option Schemes. Auditor Appointment: Based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of M/s R. J. Goel & Co., Cost Accountants as the Cost Auditors of the company for FY27. Raju Bista, Managing Director, said: “During Q4FY26, Surya Roshni delivered a steady sequential improvement in performance despite continued macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,163 crore, remaining stable YoY and improving 12% sequentially. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 170 crore, while margins improved sequentially to 7.9%. Profit After Tax for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 98 crore, reflecting healthy sequential improvement of 23% over Q3FY26 despite continued pricing pressure across certain segments. For FY26, consolidated revenue increased to Rs 7,540 crore compared to Rs 7,436 crore in FY25, reflecting stable growth in a challenging operating environment. The Company continued to focus on operational efficiencies, value-added products and consistent operational delivery across both business verticals. The Lighting & Consumer Durables business delivered healthy growth during FY26, supported by strong traction across consumer lighting, appliances and professional lighting categories. The Steel Pipes & Strips business also witnessed a strong sequential recovery during Q4FY26, aided by improved EBITDA per tonne, better product mix and stable sales volumes.” Vinay Surya, Managing Director, said: “In Lighting and Consumer Durables, FY26 reinforced the structural strength of our Lighting and Consumer Durables business. Growth momentum remained particularly strong during Q4FY26, reflecting strengthening brand acceptance and continued shift towards energy-efficient lighting solutions across both urban and semi-urban markets. In appliances, the business delivered encouraging traction across fans, water heaters, mixer grinders and induction cooktops, with Q4 witnessing healthy momentum across categories. Professional Lighting also continued to deliver double-digit growth, with the order book standing at approximately Rs 160 crore at the end of Q4FY26, providing healthy near-term visibility. During FY26, we significantly strengthened our brand-building and marketing initiatives through the ‘INDIA BOLE SURYA KO YA’ campaign for lighting, regional product launches, higher digital and print media spends, and increased participation in domestic and international exhibitions. These initiatives enhanced brand recall, strengthened channel engagement, and supported demand momentum, particularly in the lighting segment. Building on this momentum, we remain focused on deeper penetration in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets along with new product launches in FY27. Bharat Bhushan Singal, CFO, said: “For the quarter, the revenue was Rs 2,163 crore as compared to Rs 2,146 crore, a growth of 1% YoY. EBITDA and PAT stood at Rs 170 crore and Rs 98 crore as compared to Rs 211 crore and Rs 130 crore, respectively. For FY26, the revenue was Rs 7,540 crore as compared to Rs 7,436 crore, a growth of 1% YoY. EBITDA and PAT stood at Rs 541 crore and Rs 286 crore as compared to Rs 609 crore and Rs 347 crore, respectively. In Lighting & Consumer Durables, for the quarter, the revenue stood at Rs 501 crore as against Rs 458 crore, a growth of 9% YoY. EBITDA and PBT stood at Rs 44 crore and Rs 33 crore, as compared to Rs 47 crore and Rs 37 crore, respectively. For FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 1,809 crore as against Rs 1,690 crore, a growth of 7% YoY. EBITDA and PBT stood at Rs 156 crore and Rs 115 crore in FY26, as compared to Rs 162 crore and Rs 125 crore, respectively in the same period last year. In the Steel Pipes and Strips, during Q4FY26, the revenue was Rs 1,662 crore as compared to Rs 1,688 crore. Similarly, EBITDA/MT stood at Rs 5,121 compared to Rs 6,708 in the same period last year. EBITDA and PBT stood at Rs 126 crore and Rs 98 crore as against Rs 164 crore and Rs 138 crore, respectively. For FY26, the revenue was Rs 5,731 crore as compared to Rs 5,749 crore. Similarly, EBITDA/MT stood at Rs 4,553 compared to Rs 5,392. EBITDA and PBT stood at Rs 385 crore and Rs 269 crore in FY26 as against Rs 446 crore and Rs 341 crore, respectively in the same period last year. In Q4FY26, our Net Working Capital cycle was 58 days, with a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 20.76% and a Return on Equity (ROE) of 15.23%, and on a yearly basis, the Net Working Capital cycle was 66 days, with a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 15.93% and a Return on Equity (ROE) of 11.21%. Improved capacity utilization, working capital optimization and cost rationalization enabled us to become a zero-debt company, and having cash surplus fund of Rs 337 crore in FY26.” Result PDF
