For FY26, total income stood at Rs 57,301.58 lakh, up by 18.37% YoY compared to Rs 48,410.09 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 14,857.35 lakh for Q4FY26, up 10.26% QoQ (from Rs 13,475.18 lakh in Q3FY26) and up 13.13% YoY (from Rs 13,132.63 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 57,192.23 lakh, up 18.80% YoY from Rs 48,142.76 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period/Year: Reported at Rs 3,319.78 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 27.53% (from Rs 2,603.06 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 23.61% (from Rs 2,685.79 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, net profit was Rs 11,404.48 lakh, up by 30.89% YoY compared to Rs 8,712.88 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 4,569.64 lakh for Q4FY26, registering a QoQ increase of 11.97% (from Rs 4,081.22 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 29.77% (from Rs 3,521.46 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 18,822.68 lakh, up by 47.92% YoY compared to Rs 12,724.99 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 4,502.31 lakh for Q4FY26, up 12.99% QoQ (from Rs 3,984.67 lakh in Q3FY26) and up 30.88% YoY (from Rs 3,440.10 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 18,509.78 lakh, up 49.03% YoY from Rs 12,419.87 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period/Year: Reported at Rs 1,879.80 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 25.16% (from Rs 1,501.93 lakh in Q3FY26) and a significant YoY increase of 106.54% (from Rs 910.12 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, net profit was Rs 6,158.92 lakh, up by 87.47% YoY compared to Rs 3,285.21 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: The Group is engaged primarily in the business of merchant banking, advisory services, financing and investment activities, stock broking, portfolio management services, and fund management services. Accordingly, there are no separate reportable segments as per IND AS 108. The company operates in a single domestic geographical segment. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 22/- per fully paid-up equity share (face value of Rs 10/- each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The proposed 'Record Date' for this dividend is Friday, August 21, 2026. Commercial Papers: The Holding company has outstanding borrowings from commercial papers amounting to Rs 117 crore as at March 31, 2026. Out of this, Rs 10 crore are listed on BSE Limited. Impact of New Labour Codes: The company assessed the potential financial impact of the new Labour Codes on its employee benefit obligations (gratuity and compensated absences) and determined that the impact is not material to the financial statements.
