Heavy Electrical Equipment company CG Power and Industrial Solutions announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue (Sales): The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales of Rs 3,129 crore, representing a YoY growth of 22% compared to Rs 2,563 crore in Q4FY25 and a QoQ growth of 8% from Rs 2,909 crore in Q3FY26. EBITDA: EBITDA stood at Rs 573 crore, marking a 41% YoY increase from Rs 407 crore and a 19% QoQ increase from Rs 480 crore. EBITDA Margin: Expanded by 260 bps YoY to 18.3% compared to 15.9% in Q4FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT (before exceptional items) grew by 43% YoY to Rs 547 crore from Rs 381 crore and rose 20% QoQ from Rs 454 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT for the quarter was Rs 412 crore, a growth of 49% YoY from Rs 275 crore and an increase of 32% QoQ from Rs 312 crore.
