Annual Revenue: For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 11,642.04 lakh compared to Rs 7,401.92 lakh in FY25, marking a growth of 57.28% YoY. Annual Revenue: For FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 1,173.25 lakh, a decrease from Rs 1,488.48 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 2,099.72 lakh, a substantial increase from Rs 486.58 lakh in Q4FY25 and Rs 981.47 lakh in Q3FY26. The annual total income reached Rs 3,979.00 lakh for FY26. Net Profit: The company reported a net profit of Rs 2,697.21 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to a net loss of Rs 48.17 lakh in Q4FY25 and a profit of Rs 580.77 lakh in Q3FY26. Annual Net Profit: Standalone net profit for FY26 grew significantly to Rs 3,753.55 lakh from Rs 324.16 lakh in FY25. New Subsidiary Incorporation: The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, "Beluga International (IFSC) Private Limited," on March 9, 2026.
